Elizabeth understands the concept of grief and loss well. She has helped me get through the difficult times grieving the loss of a broken 10 year relationship, coached me to maneuver through difficult and complex family dynamics, and drawn from her philosophical insight to support me in being present for a friend who is dying from cancer. Through it all, she has shown me how to hold space for both sorrow and connection - reminding me that honoring life and death, together, is one of the most human things we can do.

It was my first time receiving any kind of coaching or counseling outside of the run-of-the-mill mental health session. I didn’t know what to expect but was immediately relieved to find that the facility was warm and inviting. Her office was simple but calming and bright. She won’t hand-hold you through your sessions. You won’t suddenly get zapped into transforming into some another form of yourself either. What she did for me was listen and give me space to really be myself. And she asked me questions, questions that led me to have thoughts of revelations that I have never reached even with few years of mental health counseling under my belt. Those revelations and her thoughtful advice allowed me to turn my attention towards things that always lingered in the back burners. Having the communication tools and understanding things I never had before about myself and human relationships in general really made me feel more confident and proactive towards things that I used to dread previously. I’m grateful to Elizabeth for her absolute honesty and incredible amount of empathy. I felt so seen and validated during our sessions- that in itself made this experience invaluable. Tools that I learned to navigate the challenges I had in my daily life is something that I will take with me forever. If you are looking through this page wondering if you should book a session with Elizabeth, this is your sign.
