Took my girlfriend for something and we when we walked in not a single empolyee was anywhere to be seen. Sat there for 30+ waiting. Finally some girl with a big nose comes out and says she will be right with me, she just needs to finish up a client real quick. We said ok, and then continued to wait ANOTHER 30+ mins for her to Finally come out a say sorry there was no more appts available for tonight!! Absolutely horrible customer service and professionalism. 0 stars 0/10 don’t recommend!!

Amazing experience. I had never done sugaring but after years of waxing figured I'd give it a try. It was painless, quick, easy and the expeirence overall made me feel comfortable, taken care of, and important to my service provider. She cared about my skin and doing a great job as much as I did. 10/10 would recommend Hello Sugar, off 44th! It was my first time ever going in for a wax, and Jazz made the process easy and light hearted. She’s professional and efficient, as the process was over quickly. While the pain was a lil spicy at times. She did her best to warn you. I’ll definitely be back again!

My girl was so good and kind! Brazilian wax can be very informally and cause a lot of anxiety. She was kind quick and non judgmental which I appreciate as your spread eagle crabbing your ankles getting the hair waxed out of your unmentionables 🤐 I’d definitely go back again! Sorry no photos to show the great job she did

They were so amazing! This was my first time getting a Brazilian and I was a bit nervous. They were so professional, but still down to earth and caring. She explained everything she was doing and prepped me for those “time to breathe thru it” spots!! She was so amazing that I signed up for the membership, and not I’m 2 weeks in and I haven’t had to shave once and I have Zero growth!!
