Earlier this year, around March I came across a promo on Instagram, took a leap of faith, and decided to give Hello Sugar a try… and WOW. Best decision I’ve made in all of 2025! I signed up for the monthly Brazilian & Underarm membership, and let me tell you, it has become a major part of my self-care routine. I genuinely look forward to my appointment every month with my girl Haley! I absolutely adore her. She’s not only one of the sweetest, kindest estheticians I’ve ever met, but she’s also super informative, detailed, and truly cares about your comfort. I was so nervous at my first appointment because I had no idea what to expect, but Haley instantly put me at ease. She walked me through everything, asked all the right questions, gave clear direction the entire time, and made the whole session feel like a breeze. Hello Sugar + Haley = a self-care combo I didn’t know I needed but now can’t live without. 💛✨

Haley S is truly amazing at what she does. She’s incredibly entertaining to talk to, and the time absolutely flies whenever I’m in her chair. What’s normally an uncomfortable and awkward 15 minutes somehow becomes a genuinely pleasant experience with her. I used to dread waxing appointments, but she’s made them surprisingly enjoyable. She has a real gift for gab and an even bigger gift for putting people at ease. Highly recommend!

I switched to Hello Sugar after moving from Dallas and booked with Eliza. She has such a soft touch that I don’t even feel the sugar wax! She makes you feel so comfortable and will discuss other waxing/sugaring options with you if need be. 100/10 recommend people booking with her 🫶🏾

She makes me feel 100% comfortable during the whole appointment and makes me almost forget that I’m getting waxed. She’s also very quick and efficient with it. go to Victoria for all your needs! she is so sweet and truly listens to you. this was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed as i usually get them threaded and it was literally painless. her technique was flawless and made me feel so comfortable as she talked me through the service. i also got my brows tinted which i was scared about as im very pale and didn’t want them too dark. she fully listened to this concern and was extra cautious on the tint- which turned out amazing! she was super easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. i recommend Victoria to anyone looking for face/body services!
