The first time I spoke to Leilani, was for a property I was interested in. She got back to me very quickly. She gave me the date and time that she would be there and with perfect instructions on what to do once we had arrived. There was no wait time whatsoever, she was there already greeting us with a kind smile and a handshake. She took us into the property and showed us around. She answered all our questions and explained everything to us. I loved the fact that she didn’t rush us and didn’t put any pressure on us to apply for the property. She’s an amazing agent and made us feel very welcomed as if we knew her all our lives. Even after we viewed the property, whatever questions I had she responded to every single text in a very timely matter (right then and there). Let me start off by saying how wonderful it was working with Sarah. She made the application process so easy and took us step by step throughout it all. We were told that it would take anywhere between three to five business days but she was on top of everything so it literally only took a day and a half to find out that she got us approved. UPDATE* Since the original move-in situation, all of our other interactions have been pleasant and professional every other maintenance request that we’ve had to put in they have been super efficient. We got off to a rocky start, but I do want to give credit words do we have had no issues since! We were shocked when we moved into this property and discovered two large holes and significant damage along the fence line in our backyard —none of which was present when we toured the home. Had we seen the property in this condition beforehand, we never would have agreed to rent it. Since moving in, we’ve tried repeatedly to contact the office to get the issue addressed, but the front desk rarely answers the phone. When they do, the staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and seems more interested in avoiding responsibility than helping tenants. It feels like we’re being ignored and brushed off at every turn. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Renters deserve transparency and basic communication—this place offers neither. Proceed with caution.
