My trainer, I believe her name is Tracy was extremely helpful, patient and understanding! She gave very clear instructions and went over everything necessary to achieve the goal of becoming certified! I really enjoyed the class! It was for adult, child and infant CPR as well as blended learning in regards to choking and wound care. It was paid for by the company that I’m currently training with to become a behavior therapist.

Carol Lydic was amazing! She made the CPR and First aid class very fun and informational. She was very detailed and we were able to really engage with mannequins and practice saving a life! Jeanette is the best!! She genuinely cares so much about what she does and is so nice. She was very patient and encouraged questions. She did so much to make me feel comfortable and even watched me walk to my car. One of my favorite teachers I have thus far. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
