High Altitude Martial Arts (HAMA) is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at. The environment is professional, motivating, and welcoming at the same time. Wether you’re brand new or experienced, they really make sure you’re learning the right way and pushing yourself to improve. Huge shoutout to the coaches — Jake(both of them), Shae, Velour, Avery, Eric, and Joey. Every one of them brings something different to the table, and you can tell they genuinely care about your progress. They take the time to explain technique, correct mistakes, and actually help you get better instead of just running you through workouts. The culture here is solid — no ego, just hard work, respect, and people trying to improve. If you’re serious about martial arts, fitness, and becoming better mentally and physically, this is the place to be. Highly recommend HAMA to anyone looking for a real gym with real coaching. #Oss 🥋
