They sold me a 14k bracelet. The only thing 14k was the locket. Everything else was 10k. Scamming. I have the receipt too.

I had a bad experience at this place. I bought a bracelet for $2,600, supposedly 14k gold. I went to another jewelry store to have it checked, and it turned out to be 10k gold. I went back to complain, and they said it was a manufacturer's problem. My mistake was not checking the reviews before buying because there are already many bad reviews with the same problem, and they always say the same thing: it's a manufacturer's problem. Honestly, I don't recommend buying here to avoid a bad experience; apparently, it's a very common issue with them.

Went in, bought a pair of earrings and were told it was 14k, natural diamond. Unfortunately, I felt weird about the diamond so we went and had it tested, the gold was real but the diamond was not real. They scammed us, will be going in tomorrow or the next available day to get my money back. Will never shop here again. cashier was OMID. Theyre scammers

I had a terrible experience with this jeweler. In my personal experience, I was sold a chain that was presented to me as 14k, but after having it checked elsewhere, I found out it was actually 10k. I felt completely misled and very disappointed. When I brought this up, the owner told me that the wholesaler had sent it to him that way, but the situation did not feel honest or reassuring to me. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back, but the entire experience left me feeling that this business was not trustworthy. Based on my experience, I will never shop here again and advise others to be cautious.

Would put 0 if it was possible, bought rings and both said 14k gold. Spent more than 500+, got them tested and found out they were 10k gold. Asked for a refund and refused to give my money back and wanted to give me less than what i payed for. don’t come here unless you wanna be scammed. Worst Jewelers in LA.
