I place an order for a professional alto sax mouthpiece that cleared my bank account July 28, 2025, $160. This mouthpiece is still not in. Sad. Maybe they do mostly student business & purchases, but at any rate, one of their employees told me 5-7 business days & the mouthpiece would be in. They say they do bulk order with companies. So wrong. I got my money back. Sad.
