Walked in needing both disc brakes adjusted, and a new tube. Steve got me out of there in about 15 minutes. Can’t recommend enough!

Quality, reliable, awesome experience - highly recommend this group to anyone!! Marcel and his team are pros, and wonderful people. Our group did a Mountain Bike Tour in Muir Woods - the highest quality Specialized bikes (electric gear shifters, carbon frames, etc.) and also the best punctuality (arrived right on time to pick us up for the ride). This was an incredibly welcoming weekend - we’re coming back next month!

The folks here are super helpful! I’ve taken my bike in here for up keep and they’ll give me a run down on maintenance and tips and will give advice and information. They are a pleasure, I’m very happy this shop they are the best!

AVOID with the staff turnover/change. My first review of this place was 5 stars because both of their mechanics that I worked with, namely Brooke and Egon were awesome. And then both of them left. That’s where things started to fall apart - after my first service appointment without them (I had no idea Egon was leaving): - my Enve wheelset was inflated to 80+ psi (maximum per Enve is 65-70 psi. Luckily I realized this and deflated before my ride. Funnily enough they didn’t even remember touching the tire pressure but they had done a sealant refresh so of course they did. - my rear and front shifters were misplaced - I don’t even know how or why this happened but it was so frustrating Then they offered a free check to fix my shifting issue. The issue was seemingly fixed but during my first time riding after that, I realized that Di2 system was NOT working at all despite being fully charged! If you value your $ or your bikes, do NOT buy bicycles from here or get them serviced here. That’s my recommendation. Below is my original review out of respect for Brooke and Egon: If you are looking for a Cervelo or Pinarello dealer in San Francisco, this is THE shop you want to check out first. I have worked with Brooke to order a new bike from High Trails and she is super helpful and diligent. I have been to more than a few bike shops in the bay area and Brooke has been by far one of the best people I have worked with to this day. Thanks for everything!

I’ve dealt with both Marcel and Steve and they couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. Great experience 10/10. I’ll be back

Needed to seat a tubeless tire I had worked on myself. Noah didn't hesitate to help even though I wasn't buying anything at the time and gave me some great pointers. Will be going there for my new bike!
