I had an issue with my pool pump and this company was highly rated on the manufacturer's website for servicing. I called Friday, came out first thing Monday. While my issue is not resolved (yet) and I should mention that Hines is not responsible for my issue at all, I wanted to give a 5* review just for this morning's diagnostic call. Jethro was great to chat with on this issue, gave his personal opinion and is helping me out post-site visit. If you need a pool or equipment serviced, maybe give these folks a call.

We interviewed 4 companies and asked that they give us quotes to remove the existing spa and to build a new one. Hines was the only company that made suggestions about new designs instead of just building exactly what we had. They where extremely proactive and came up with ideas that we both loved. We also had them replace the patio with Travertine that they suggested. They are not the cheapest but are certainly worth every penny. They showed up every single day during contruction and managed their subs more than could have been expected.. We certainly recommend these folks highly.

This is a truly outstanding pool service company. I called them for filter sand replacement. The final bill was about $200 cheaper than their estimate. The technicians were extremely professional, meticulous, friendly and patient. I expected a hard sell on pool services, but was very pleasantly surprised that they did not pressure me into anything. I'm really happy with the entire process, from scheduling to service to payment. Hines will absolutely be my first choice in pool service going forward.

Hines is the only company I will trust to handle my pool issues. Their service team is the best. My pool robot broke recently and Ready took it home to fix it while he was sick. Who does that? Committed employees like they have at Hines, that's who. They've been taking care of pools at my houses for over 10 years and are simply the best. If there's an issue, they know what to do. I had my next door neighbor call because his got to wasn't working. They found things not hooked up by the previous owner that has always been wrong. Not anymore. He's happy it's working great. I am writing to rave about two particular employees at Hines Pool in Austin. Hines has serviced my parents’ pool for over a decade so I gave them a shot when I purchased a home with my first pool. It is an older pool with problems common with older pools (i.e, it needs lots of attention.) My regular provider who cleans the pool and keeps an eye on potential issues that may arise in the future has been, and remains, invaluable. Her name is Melissa W. and she is always responsive, always punctual, and always goes above and beyond. Honestly, I would probably leave Hines and follow her if she joined another pool servicing company. She’s that good. The other person I want to compliment is Dylan A. He is a wunderkind at fixing big and small issues. I felt bad asking him if it was possible to change some big picture things about the pool setup and, not only was his attitude positive and helpful, he got it done same day. You just don’t find these folks every day. Thanks to both Melissa and Dylan!
