I really like Hobby Lobby and the only reason I give this store 1 star is becuase of the Awfully RUDE Manager who was assisting my husband with our return (12/16/25 on the night shift). If he gets to see this review and TAKES A LOOK AT THE CAMERAS before assuming randomly he will know who he is and I will contact corporate and report him for being so rude. We have never been treated or spoken to the way he did with my husband for random assumptions when the receipt of the purchase was shown with all the information (being same day purchase not even 2hrs past) and the items were brought back. I have no idea what the issue with him was but the store definitely needs a new manager who knows how to actually treat/speak to customers😡.

I was looking for a gift for my niece. She is exceptionally smart for her age. I found art supplies that would be more challenging for her. Turns out they were perfect and she absolutely loved what I got for her birthday. The items were priced right. The staff were helpful.

Hobby Lobby has a really great selection on drawer pulls and cabinet knobs. They also have great sales if you hit them just right. Sometimes the lines can be long and take a while so plan accordingly.

I went to Hobby Lobby yesterday, only looking for one item, of course. Well I saw something that caught my eye that I had to have. The price was not what came up on register as was advertised. The Manager quickly took care of me from start to finish making sure my shopping experience is top notch. The customer service I received was outstanding. I will be sure to spread the word about my wonderful experience at this Hobby Lobby. Thank you again Mr. Manager (I could be wrong but I think his name tag said "Steve". My apologies if not correct,
