I love shopping at Hobby Lobby on Park Lane great deals and it’s always clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful and the Store managers is nice i just love shopping ❤️🦋

This place is fine until you need some assistance. I walked around the store for nearly 40mims looking for an item. No welcoming associates in sight. I asked the black guy who greets customers coming in the door for someone to assist yet he sends me back to go blindly shop for the item I’ve been unable to find 😳 pointless. Mind you this is after he stereotyped me on the store radio because I got off of the train. I ride the train to commute from my home in Plano to my business in Turtle Creek. Hobby Lobby is directly on that route but boy was it a mistake to stop in there.

Wow!!! I lucked out to find a great deal on Christmas ornaments on sale. One of the associates was nice to show me where to find them especially as they ran out at the other store. I found mini ornaments to make the earrings that I gifted to all of my Co workers.

This hobby lobby was great for the most part. Their variety and selection was rather limited compared to other hobby lobby's I've shopped at. The staff was pretty rude as well. The cashier kept making comments on how I was moving really slow and that he didn't have time answer a bunch of questions even though it was my turn at the register and he was ringing my items up. Won't be going back.

Get your holiday decor and craft items here! This store just opened in the previous BBB space. Huge store with the extensive seasonal and home decor items. Expansive selection of craft items including paints, fabrics and yarn. Large parking lot with several handicap spaces. Prices are better than JoAnn’s and the staff is super helpful.
