Customer service is always top notch along with the products. We've been coming to this Lake Highlands location since they opened. The only reason why I don't give it five stars is because the prices are boutiqueish, but the customer service is definitely five stars.

OK, yeah, it was really cool. I walked in with my miniature schnauzer on a leash, and the Female employee behind the counter greeted me well, and when I lifted up my dog, she made over him in a sweet way. I asked her to punch in my phone number to look up my last order, she was super sweet and accommodating, and again, was complementary of my blue eyed gray schnauzer. She even went back to check where the food was on the aisles. Then, After I inquired about sea based fish snacks, she first showed me where some options were, then even gave me a small free sample.This was right when you open early Wednesday morning 11/10/26, in the store off of Skilman next to Walnut Hill. Keep up the good work.

The cat was in great condition. No cuts, no trauma, just a loving cat who has been greatly cared for and was ready to come home to a family. The staff were so welcoming and supportive. They showed me the best items I could buy for the cat and gave me the honest truth on cat food brands. Al their animals seemed to simply enjoy the company of humans and newcomers. My cat is very well trained and has no problem with behavior.

I've been to a few of your locations, and every experience is the same, in a good way. Super duper friendly staff, the genuine kind of friendly. Very helpful, always offering to help you find something if the location you're at doesn't have it. Smudge being allergic to poultry all the sudden, I was able to get help locating the Fromm cat food flavor (that was poultry free) at another store. Seriously, shop here for your pets. (Edited due to my typos)

Rebecca is soooooooo helpful at the Skillman Hollywood Feed. She’s always upbeat & makes you feel like you’re the only customer in the store and that what your dog needs is genuinely important to her. And I’ve never met a dog that didn’t like the roasted beef lung tips‼️
