I had an issue with an item smelling like detergent or fabric softener. It seems like it was a return from someone who washed it before returning. Nice they washed it, but fabric softener smell transferred to all my stuff 😭 I talked to manager on phone, she wasn't so helpful and told me there's nothing to be done. Later on the phone, I spoke with the staff Ryan who went over other options to facilitate the return of the item. While I didn't have the receipt and the item didn't have a tag to begin with, he said they could look up the purchase with the tags of other items I had purchased with it. So that's how the return was possible. It was frustrating to realize I purchased an item in that state, but I'm so happy with Ryan's help. He should be promoted!
