(Thank you Daniel H., Dario, Nic and his team and the office staff as well!! I have worked with a lot of different pest control companies to take care of the termites in our house, but no company has been as responsive, as thorough, as easy to work with, and as dependable as Home Shield Pest Control. In addition, when we had a challenging rodent infestation it was Home Shield we called. They keep the place clean, thoroughly explain what they are going to do and, very importantly, they are on time. True professionals!!

2026 and Joel is back! We missed Joel for the past few months and although we were satisfied with the replacement technicians, Joel is really a great representative of what you would want as an associate in a client facing business. He demonstrates strong and friendly communicational skills, thoughtfulness and thoroughness which seems to be rarity in this day and age. I want to emphasize that Joel demonstrates leadership and proactive thinking which are strong traits for someone that I feel would be a candidate for management. He is the type of associate that you do not want to lose.

We haven’t had any ants in our house since we started using Home Shield. Most have disappeared from the yards as well. Communication is top notch. We know well in advance the day and time the tech will arrive for service. They are prompt and efficient, as well as just genuinely nice people.
