I took a Cardio Sculpt class here with instructor Megan on a Friday at 3:30pm and absolutely loved it. The studio is clean and well-equipped, with bathrooms, water fountains, and all the necessary equipment. You can also grab a small hand towel before heading into the workout room, which was a nice touch. Megan is friendly, upbeat, and very supportive, and she does the workout alongside the class. She put together a well-rounded, challenging session set to great music. It was my first time using ankle weights in a class, and I was surprised by how effective they were. I definitely worked up a sweat. I’d happily take this class again!

Honor Barre is the best workout for me personally. I'm 56 and have scoliosis in my back and arthritis in my knees. Honor Barre is a great low impact cardio and strength training workout without compromising on form. It brings the best of ballet, pilates and yoga for an awesome workout and incredible results! I'm significantly fitter than when I was in college, this workout is a time machine for a youthful strong body.

Was in town for the weekend and did a drop in class. Alana was great! She was kind and welcoming, her class was the perfect mix of effort meets challenge! When traveling, it’s always intimidating heading to a new studio and Alana was super inclusive and really elevated the experience. Plus, she gives great breakfast recommendations! 🤓😉
