Had a great experience boarding my cat here for the first time! The staff are so friendly and you can tell they all love animals. The pricing is fantastic and I love that they post pictures of all the animals daily so you can see how much fun they're having

I think this is my very first Google review ever so I clearly don't take these lightly, but I feel if any company deserves a 5 star review, it's this one. Hounds Town has been watching my Pit Bull Terrier for the past year, and I could not be more appreciative of their services and dedication to my 4 year old, very active/ energetic dog. My dog Fred absolutely loves it here and gets an exit bath every stay, which is lovely. There also have been a few occasions where I've had to drop off or pick up Fred outside of operating hours, and they have graciously let me do so. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to board their pets in a safe, fun environment with people who truly enjoy and connect with the animals.

My dachshund, Marius, had a wonderful experience boarding at Hounds Town Carnegie. This was his first time away from home, and he was so nervous at drop-off, shaking like a little leaf. The staff — and the other dogs — helped him settle in quickly and made him feel safe and welcomed. He even cuddled with one of his new buddies, Hamish, which warmed my heart. He came home calm and content, wearing the sweetest little smile. Knowing he’ll be returning for the holidays brings me real peace, and I’m grateful to have a place where he’s treated with such genuine care. I will definitely be returning for more services at this location and the Hounds Town Strip District!

From out of town I needed care for my mini schnauzer while my family tended to business in Pittsburgh. My Nellie was safe, well cared for, and got to have fun while we were gone. It’s awful to leave my Nell behind. I enjoyed peace of mind the whole trim. We will return to Houndstown when back in the area.

We love HoundsTown! The owners and staff were wonderful... they posted photos daily, to let us know how Tipper and crew were doing. They took care of her and gave her lots of love and attention. I’m so happy that I have a place that I love and feel comfortable leaving Tipper. The place is clean and I like that there are play areas for the dogs to get exercise. I will use HoundsTown again and highly recommend their service!
