When the House Cleaning Services team walked in the door, they knew what I’d been through and they took their time. Even though my house wasn’t in a complete mess, it was necessary for someone to come in and just do the work right. With my first House Cleaning Services experience, the cleaner was in my home for 8 hours and still didn’t get the job done. House Cleaning Services was professional, from the time on the clock until the very last touch. They completed a walk-through with me at the end, Natalle addressed any concerns I had without interrupting their workflow. Esmira,Olena and Angelica were at my house today for a deep clean before photos were to be taken tomorrow for a real estate listing. All of these young ladies were very professional in courteous they were at my house for approximately 8 hours and did not miss any spots. They wiped down billboards, ceiling fans and all the wood trim in the house including doors and door jams. I asked for the window to be clean which was included in the quote but was pleasantly surprised when I was told that the glass doors to the patio are included too! I enjoyed my day with these lovely people and can't wait to have them at my house again in the near future. Natalle the customer service person I spoke with, always answered my questions in a timely manner and I was very careful to get the priorities correct. I would definitely be calling to have any of these girls return and would recommend them to everyone for all your cleaning needs.
