Very welcoming staff. Space was very clean and the front boutique had very cute stuff like clothing, jewelry and supplements! The class with Nasreen was all level friendly! As a beginner, I was able to keep up. They offer clean towels and lend mats if you need one! The end of the class they have a cold lavender towel placed on your eyes! Thoughtful and positive experience 🫶🏻

I was visiting San Antonio and signed up for the 7 day package. I attended 6 different classes. Each was amazing with amazing instructors! As a yoga and mediation teacher myself, I’m particular about my practice! These instructors, classes, energy of the studio and commitment to wellness and wellbeing are top notch!!! A true oasis in SA!!!💖🙏🏻🧘🏻♀️

Class descriptions should be updated to Mom Support Group, not prenatal yoga class. If you’re looking for a sense of community with an open forum yap session this is the place for you. If you are looking to relax, decompress, prep for birth, and learn yoga this is not the place for you. Attended prenatal yoga class which consisted of rushed stretches, not being able to see the instructor without turning your head for every stretch, by the time you turn your head to look, the stretch is over. Description of the class was breathing exercises and stretches to prep for birth. It was a yap session with maybe 5 stretches. If you are new to yoga, do not take this class. Beautiful environment, seemingly nice people, not a yoga class.
