A week before delivery, I went to the shop and made my request. They were very accommodating due to a slight digital problem. When all was well, they created a beautiful arrangement for a special occasion and delivered it on time. The arrangement made the recipient extremely happy, feel loved, and appreciated. We had the an exceptional experience with House of Stemms. We wanted to send our daughter something extra special for her birthday. We called House of Stemms asking for an unusual garden arrangement AND also needed same day delivery. We had a specific request of our daughter's favorite flower, and they listened to what we were looking for and created a gorgeous arrangement and delivered the same day. Our daughter loved it. The communication --from ordering to delivery was outstanding. Our daughter loved the arrangement, and we were very pleased with our whole experience.
