It is nice to see so many highly rated reviews. However, That was not my experience. I emailed asking for a meeting on January 1st knowing it was News Years. I received a response on January 6th offering a meeting on Jan. 12th. I immediately responded back (on January 6th) that I was not available at the time suggested and offered an alternative time. When I didn't hear back I sent 2 more emails during the week. After the second email on Jan. 13th I heard back with a response of sorry we respond in the order we receive emails. So, it takes them a week to respond to emails? Also, you would think that when responding to an email from the firm they would get back to you. I would find that an accountant whose office can't respond to emails efficiently is not going to process my taxes accurately and efficiently.

I used Howard CPA to file my 2025 Personal and Business (S Corp) Tax Preparation. Rebekah was very knowledgeable and very thorough in reviewing my tax documents to make sure I received the most tax deductions. There were some things I didn’t know were deductible, I’m so glad I hired a professional instead of doing my Tax Return myself. I will be using Howard CPA going forward. Great choice!
