Terrible! I had an appointment for over a month because I work outside the home. The office was closed without any prior notice. I tried contacting someone, but no one answered. Absolutely no professionalism, no follow-up. Very disappointed with your service. Avoid this business; it will waste your time and is completely unreliable.

Zero stars Forget this business, no service and absolutely no professionalism. The branch closed without any notice, neither by phone nor online, and when I contacted another branch in Quebec City, they did nothing to accommodate me. As a result, I've lost three customers.
