We recently attended a wedding catered by this team on 3/22/25. I felt compelled to leave a review because they truly deserve it. The food was absolutely outstanding-fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everyone at our table couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was! This was easily one of the best catered meals we've ever had. Highly recommend and a big shoutout to the entire team!

We utilized Hudson’s Edge Catering for our wedding and from initial inquiry to the actual wedding our experience was exceptional. Nicole McCrate was our contact person with Hudson’s Edge and she was absolutely amazing. She was always responsive with our questions and was very detail oriented at any meetings. She demonstrated a lot of flexibility which has key as we had some last minute hiccups to navigate. Would absolutely enjoy working with her again should we need a caterer. The food itself was delicious and our guests definitely enjoyed our choices. when the late night snack of the candied bacon made its way out our guests were in love. We did buffet style and they set up and served everything seamlessly. Some of our vendors even said it was some of the best wedding food they’ve had. The staff on the day of our wedding were super efficient and helpful. We had zero issues on our wedding day with the catering staff. We would absolutely hire them again.

Incredible!!! Hudson’s Edge was amazing! The food was delicious. The desserts were top-notch, too!! Christyn was awesome to work with, and she followed through with all of our questions. Kenny went above and beyond. Thank you for making my daughter’s day so special!

Absolutely amazing work and food for our wedding. The staff was amazing! We use Christyn Martin as our coordinator and I highly recommend her! She kept the day flowing so nicely, was very professional and always make sure our day was perfect.
