We recently used Huntsville Pet Resort for our older dog (blue healer-12yo) while we went on vacation after family recommended them to us. We met with the staff ahead of time to see the facility and all they offer, the staff (we talked with Olivia) and she was very helpful and understood our dogs needs. He has trouble walking on hardwood floors as he has gotten older, he isn't around other dogs much, so they were able to accommodate him and take him out on his own ( several times a day, for long periods too) We paid for the upgrade to have the camera in his suite, and it helped ease my mind that he was taken care of. The staff made up his bed, we provided a blanket for him, and brought his bed, and some toys for him. They gave him pets every morning and evening, and they even laid down carpet tiles in his suite for him and placed his food and water bowls close by to make it easier on him. I can’t say enough about this place and its staff. Our dog was happy to be going home, but my mom heart was happy that he didn’t bark the entire time, like the other places we have boarded him at. We are very happy with how they treated our dog, and us. Highly recommend them.

I absolutely loved my experience with them! I would recommend for anyone with cats, he had lots of room to roam around and was getting a ton of attention all day. I was lucky I came across them as not many of the pet resorts/daycares will take cats. Definitely the next time I’m on a trip, or just for a day, I will be bringing Marvin back to visit! (Staff was super friendly and helpful as well! :)

I am incredibly impressed with Huntsville Pet Resort! My energetic pup, Gracie, always comes home completely exhausted after a day there, which tells me she had a blast playing with the other dogs. The staff are clearly passionate about canine care, always keeping a close eye on interactions and ensuring everyone feels safe and comfortable. Knowing Gracie is in good hands and having fun eases any anxieties about leaving her. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for great pet boarding and/or daycare please take your fur baby to Huntsville Pet Resort. My fur baby, Daxton absolutely loves this place. The workers are exceptional, the facility is well kept and maintained and I know when I leave him he is going to be well taken care of. Back in June I had an unexpected death in the family and had to utilize them last minute for the first time. They were able to accommodate so that my baby would be in a deluxe suite for all the days he would be boarding. This put me at ease as this was my first time boarding him ever and I’ve been taking him ever since. P.S. he loves the splash zone and this is the result of it.

Love Huntsville Pet Resort. I have been taking my dog here for day camp since Day 1 (over 5 years if you count the Madison location), and wouldn't trust anyone else in town for boarding my dog and cat. First and foremost -- the staff is amazing. They are all true professionals who genuinely care about the pets they are trusted to look after, and they are very kind and courteous to their (human) customers. The facilities here are top notch. They also have on-site grooming, so your dog can get a bath or nail trimming on site while they're at camp. Couldn't ask for a better place for my dog to play and get his energy out. Also, a great location convenient to anywhere in Huntsville. The prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend Huntsville Pet Resort!
