Only giving this place one star so that it leaves a review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely horrendous communication, did not get the truck back when we were told. Had to pay for another week of a rental while they finished the work. Get this though…. They didn’t even do half of the work or replacement parts that was charged to insurance. Insurance fraud will be getting reported along with contacting Ohio attorney general and ODI fraud. Absolutely sickening how this little kid over there acts. He laughed off the bad work and blamed “not explaining it thoroughly beforehand”. Fenders were to be painted with the hood damage and nothing was done. Leaking water into the front cab of the truck was to be fixed and is still pouring in water into the cab. Cowl grille was charged to be replaced and was not replaced or fixed. The old damaged one is still on the vehicle. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!

Great customer service. Easy to deal with! They did my repairs in a timely manner, and I picked up my vehicle very fresh and clean. When you get in a car accident, the last thing you want is another hassle and they made the process very simple and easy.
