I'm not sure if some of those reviews are bots but that was not my experience. I brought my Samsung phone to them on a Wednesday. They told me it needed a new screen and charged me $139 upfront. They said it would be ready on Friday. Went back on Friday and they told me it was not ready and to come back on Saturday. Returned on Saturday only to be told the owner or whoever took my order is not in and to come back on Monday. At this point I am pissed and it feels like I am getting the run around. The only reason I took my phone there is because they came highly recommended. I have been without a phone for several days and they can't be honest with me and tell me that the part they ordered for the phone has not come in yet rather than have me coming back everyday. Not good business practice.
