Neshan was incredible man!! He got me out of the biggest problem. This location being open till 9 is a game changer!! Seriously go see this guy, the quality is awesome and customer service. He even gave me discount on screen protector when I told him I was a little tight on cash. Thanks Neshan

I will NEVER use this place again. I came in - showed the guy at the Belle Isle location a picture of the broken phone, explained the back was smashed & now the phones wifi wont work & was quoted a 30/45 minute time frame & $140 price. When I came back with the phone the next day to Belle Isle, the same man I spoke with took my phone, looked it over again and I explained again about how the screen works fime, just the back panel smashed & wifi not working. He explained he would have to replace the housing in back, told me it would be about an hour and I'd have to go pick it up at the Reno location. I asked if I could just pick it up the next day - he said yes. I paid $160 before leaving, he gave me no receipt and when I asked for one, gave me a post it with my name & "all money paid" written on it. Today I arrived at the Reno location to pickup my phone and this guy tells me it'll take 30 mins, its not done. I wait 30 minutes. Check back and its still in pieces so I let him know I'll be right back, im picking up ny husband and we'll be right back. Another 30 minutes later, when we got back to pickup phone - it was finally finished and we tested it out. The wifi is still not working. The smashed back panel is fine but wifi not working. I bring this up to the guy and he argues with me, saying thats a totally different fix and would cost more, calls the guy from the store where I dropped it off and he tells me I never said anything about the wifi. It literally was the whole reason I brought it in, the first thing I asked if he could fix. Neither of them offered any solution or attempt to make this right. Not to mention super unprofessional & the whole thing just felt like a scam to get more money, using the language barrier to try and act like I failed to clearly communicate the issue with the phone.

Haven't even taken it in yet, person I talked to was extremely nice said to just bring my IPAD in and he will look at! I've talked to 3 shops in Norman and none of them even want to bother talking about it. Even got quoted a non crazy price for screen repair.
