Beware of Ifixem! I had a cracked screen on my Samsung S25. I took phone there to have screen replaced. Everything was good for about three weeks then all of a sudden the screen went black. I took the phone back to I fix em and was told the lifetime warranty would not be honored. So much for the lifetime warranty. I would suggest taking your phone somewhere else to be repaired. On top of that, when I picked up the phone the first time, I fix em had the nerve to ask for a tip on top of the 230.00 I was charged to do the repair. Good thing I said NO to the tip. Is this a new trend to request a tip. I only tip servers and hairdressers. Lol! STAY AWAY! Update after owners response: There was no physical damage to phone even though I Fix Em claims there was damage caused by me. Just their way of not honoring the lifetime warranty. I take care of my phone - I had a case and a screen protector and phone was never dropped. Second place I took phone to said there were irregularities to the initial install of the screen by I fix Em. The second place also gave me a discount to help make up for the poor install by I fix Em, even though it wasn't the second places fault. Something I fix em didn't offer to do. This seems to be a trend in screens replaced by I Fix Em after reading many negative reviews that had the same issue. Once again, STAY AWAY! 2nd update - Phone still working great 3 months after taking it to batteries+ after I fix em did poor job of replacing my phone screen the first time and it only lasted 3 weeks. STAY AWAY! 3rd update - 6 months after I fix em's poor phone repair. Phone is still working great after taking phone to Batteries + to fix poor job done by I Fix em. STAY AWAY!

Very thankful for Jeremy for his honest assessment. He could have made money fixing my phone but after looking it over he recommended replacing it.....no charge.

Unfortunately, the quality of their work did not live up to the friendly service I initially received. I brought my iPod in for microsoldering repair after damaging it while replacing the hard drive. The technician quoted me $50-100 for the repairs and a timeframe of about a week. Three weeks go by, and it's finally ready. Then I was handed my iPod, haphazardly half assembled, with a verbal warning to handle it carefully. This cursory state was disconcerting, but I accepted it, paying the $150 in full. I carefully and promptly closed it up to avoid any further damage, then powered it on to test it. I am met with an error screen and a bricked device. Keep in mind that the device functioned fully before their "repair" at the disconnected ribbon connector port. I emailed them to see what could be done to resolve this, and they responded with a deflection, saying they don't know about mods for these devices. However, the problem has nothing to do with the device, which functioned fully, and everything to do with their so-called repair. I replied to their email voicing my concerns, and have received no response.

Fairly knowledgeable however skills in sealing phones securely and properly back together are seriously lacking. I brought our Samsung Galaxy in for repair as we could no longer enable wifi. I was told up front diagnostic was $30 and if antenna needed to be replaced it would be an additional $60. Fairly reasonable for a job i could do but didn't want to perform. Well long stpey short it was not the wifi antenna and they could not fix it. Understandable so no gripe there. My issue is that after we got home and phone got warm from being used the back started bulging and coming off. This phone had never been opened prior and did not have this problem before. It was clear no care was taken to seal the back back onto the phone. I'm assuming they reused the original heat tape instead of replacing it which is not what should be done for this very reason. Don't open phones you can't properly seal back up!
