I went to three repair shops before I found Dominic. My phone was totally bricked and I was stressed. Not only was he the only person that was willing to see the problem through to the end – he also explained every problem that my phone was having to me – from hardware to software. he was patient and thoughtful every step of the way, he set me up with a temporary phone, helped me set up service on a new phone, installled the spring screen protector and.insured that my new phone was good to go before I left his shop. *I have owned a business and worked in retail for many years – and this was old-school top-notch customer service that I will come back for again and again*. I am leaving with a new phone that I did not pay an arm and a leg for and confidence as to how to keep this phone in good shape.
