Almost came to tears, Jess helped me see just how good of a girl I have, how much progress we have made, and really gave me some great insight on some amazing things moving forward for improving my own handling skills... And that's just from one session. Extremely insightful, she is so good with making you feel welcome and supported. She knows her stuff, she took my crazy Kentucky mutt and made her turn into a born again competition rally dog in the blink of an eye, I kid you not! Lol. I look forward to more sessions and classes with Jess!

We took our Corgi puppy to 2 sessions of obedience classes with Jessie. Jessie has a deep connection with dogs, and understands what their body language and behaviours mean, which helps us to react appropriately to them. She treated all of the dogs in the classes with respect and helped us to feel more confident in following through with the training programs at home. She also allowed for time in class to answer any questions that we had. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessie's programs to anyone who wishes to have a better understanding of, and connection with their dog(s).

Enrolled our dog a few years ago, not impressed. We went for one session and Jess singled us out because our puppy was excited and barking. Uh, that is why we were there, to train our puppy. Jess was loud and brash instead of being calm. Then we had to miss one session as I was sick and then Jess told us we could not return as it would disrupt the class, but that I could download the lessons. Gee, thanks for that. Meanwhile, she had to cancel a session but that was alright? What a waste of $200.00. She didn't even give our dog a chance. Anyways, we went elsewhere and had a great experience with a calm soft spoken trainer.

We’ve taken our puppy here for level one and two and had a great experience. Jess is super knowledgeable - we loved her positive style of training and the small class size meant we got a lot of 1:1 time. Can’t wait to come back for more advanced classes!

Jess has been fantastic with our fearful Havanese and teaching us how to build our little girl's confidence. She came to our house and spent over an hour with us seeing how our little girl reacts to environments around us and coaching our management of stressful new situations so we could in turn better manage our little girl's experience of those environments. My partner and I STRONGLY recommend Jess to all pup parents, and particularly those dealing with anxious or poorly socialized dogs (a particular issue as we emerge from this pandemic and find ourselves and our fur-babies having to relearn to interact with others successfully).
