Rob was fantastic. It turns out I needed a new hard drive. He ordered one, installed It and downloaded all my music, photos and files. My computer was up and running the next morning. If you are having trouble with your computer Rob is your go to guy. Nobody else. Thank you.

Feeling very lucky I found Rob with In Home Computer Repair. Recently having started a business I wanted to make sure my computer was running efficiently and also wanted to transfer everything from old to new computer as well as make sure my computer was adequately protected. A few hours after dropping my computer off Rob called to let me know that I already had pretty much everything from the old computer on my new one and would not need to charge me for moving everything over. The honesty is GREATLY appreciated. Lastly, Rob recommended a virus protection program which was very reasonable in cost. I highly recommend Rob with In Home Computer Repair. As I did, you will feel lucky to have found such an awesome and honest computer maintenance and repair person like Rob.

Absolutely fantastic experience. My Dad's laptop had more issues than I can count. Viruses, corrupted files, missing task bar, the works. Rob from In Home Computer Repair Inc, came in, asked a lot of great questions with a great deal of patience. Worked on the computer. When it was determined that it couldn't be fixed in a simple manner, he picked up the laptop at the end of the day, and brought it back the next morning completely reinstalled, with the programs reinstalled. Fantastic job. Fantastic service. Computer is a LOT faster now as well.

Rob basically saved my job by coming out quickly when my laptop hard drive died when I was only three weeks into my new remote job. He salvaged the data from my old hard drive, transferred it to my new laptop and got me set up on the new laptop. Very efficient, very responsive, great customer service. You can’t go wrong with Rob!
