I danced at in motion as a kid at their old location. Once my daughter was old enough to dance, I knew just where to sign her up! She is 4 and her teacher is so good with little kids. The lady at the front is so nice and helpful.

My daughter has been dancing at In Motion Dance Center since she was 4 years old, and it has been an incredible journey. She began with regular classes and, over the years, has grown so much, she is now part of the elite dance team! The Director and the entire staff are truly wonderful. They genuinely care about each dancer's personal growth and work hard to create a comfortable, supportive, and healthy environment. The school is very well-structured and offers an excellent balance of discipline, creativity, and fun. I am so grateful for the positive impact this studio has had on my daughter, both as a dancer and as a person. I highly recommend In Motion Dance Center to anyone looking for a nurturing and professional dance school!

My daughter has been going here since she was 4 years old. The staff/ instructors are amazing! She loves each of her classes. I even took a hip hop / jazz class for 2 years in row. Can't say enough about this dance studio, Amazing.

The technique, care, high morals, instructors, friendships, and of course competitions/recitals are amongst some favorite parts that I remember. Years later, my own daughters have been dancing at IMDC for the last 4 years and we are having the same experience- fabulous.

This is the most competitive dance school in Winston-Salem. In addition to recreational classes, the Elite dance teams win regional and national awards, with many dancers earning scholarships and individual trophies. Watching the performances, the teams look like professional dance troupes. Many of them dance to choreography from commercial dance celebrities, so the technical skills and creativity are unmatched. All styles of dance are taught, with classes at various times to work with your schedule. Individual and private lessons/clinics are available throughout the year. It's an incredible group of girls led by talented teachers.
