Inbalance has been the safe haven for my fitness journey. Life involves lots of experiences and stressors, Inbalance has become the place to forget for an hour and only focus on what’s happening in the moment and how to move my body. I have lost over 25 pounds being with Inbalance for over 90+ classes. The Inbalance community shows intense and intentional care, love, thought, consideration, and flexibility.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at Inbalance, Alamo Ranch's location and with my amazing teacher, Lyn. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calming, welcoming, and beautifully maintained—a true sanctuary for mind and body. Lyn is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also deeply intuitive. They tailor each class with intention, balancing physical challenge with deep relaxation. Their guidance is thoughtful, their voice grounding, and their passion for yoga shines through in every session. I’ve felt my practice grow both physically and spiritually under their care. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this studio provides a space where you can truly connect with yourself. I leave every class feeling stronger, lighter, and more centered. Highly recommended to anyone seeking not just a yoga class, but a transformative wellness experience.

I love this studio and especially Lyn’s slow flow and gentle yoga classes which perfectly combine a balance of movement and mindfulness. It’s great for beginners and experienced yogis alike. The pace is gentle but purposeful, allowing you to build strength, improve flexibility, and focus on breath and alignment. What really sets Lyn apart is her warm and welcoming presence. She offers clear guidance and plenty of modifications, so every student can feel comfortable and supported, no matter their experience level. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and progress at your own pace—which makes each class feel empowering and accessible. Expect to leave feeling both sweaty and relaxed. It’s a grounding practice that challenges you just enough while also helping you unwind. If you’re looking to start or deepen your yoga practice, I can’t recommend Lyn’s class enough!

First time to visit this place last Saturday for an exclusive puppies and pilates event. We had brought in kind donations for San Antonio Animal Care Services. I hadn't tried pilates before and was looking forward to learning and enjoying the puppies. The 4 puppies were around 11 weeks and were just adorable. They would make their way around the room, visiting with us while we tried to work out. I will say that there was one particular puppy that was distracting me a lot but I loved playing with him. He kept giving me kisses and cuddling. I brought a friend to join the fun and she hadn't tried pilates either. She had fun as well. A few days later I'm still slightly sore for the parts I did get to work out. This was lots of fun, full of giggles and definitely for a good cause.
