I’ve been going to Nicholas for phone repairs for years—back when he had a little kiosk by In-N-Out. His shop has been around for a long time now, and he’s always provided the same great service. Nicholas and his team are friendly, honest, and really know their stuff. They’ve fixed every issue I’ve ever brought in, always explained things clearly, and charged a fair price. Everyone I’ve sent to him has told me the same thing—he takes care of people. Highly recommend!

It was easy and fast but there were a couple of things. went in for my back camera to get replaced, he informed me i would need a new back glass for the phone since my was cracked OR he could reuse my existing back glass but it will be missing chunks of glass after removal and reinstallation (100% understandable and agree) instead of $180, he said he'd only charge me $150 to replace the glass. wasnt going to argue with it but in the automotive world where im from, when you have to remove part A to get to part B, and you end up replacing the part A , you just charge for the part, no additional labor, but it seems they(indiana phones) still charged labor for that just at a discounted rate, oh well. overall, the repair was easy and fast, took about 2-2.5 hours, had a small irk with how things are charged, but overall everyone was super nice and friendly
