Do not join this studio!!! Their communication is absolutely horrific. I tried cancelling, I submitted the cancellation form in person and over email, it’s been over two weeks with no communication. I would’ve paid the cancellation fee to just be done with them but they charged the full amount to my card. Rachel is the owner and seems to be the only person who handles any communication, and any time that I’ve reached out it has taken a week to two weeks for any response. I mean even to join it took that long. You can’t cancel or even add yourself into a class if it’s within a strict 24 hour window. I didn’t have a problem with the other instructors, they were nice, but the beginner/intermediate classes are not challenging. Don’t get involved with this company, I wish I had never joined because now I’m in a mess of making sure they don’t continue charging me and get refunded this last payment.

Between August 31 and September 11, I tried to sign up for yoga classes at Indy House of Pilates, but the process ended up being slower than expected. I asked to set everything up over text since that worked better for me, and they agreed to try to handle it that way. Over the next several days, we went back and forth as I gave my availability, asked about joining group yoga instead of private lessons, and confirmed interest in the 4x a month option. However, I was left without replies multiple times and didn’t receive clear explanations on how to complete sign-up. In the end, I chose not to move forward because of the delays and lack of clarity. While the staff were polite, the process wasn’t efficient, so I’m leaving a 3 out of 5 star review.
