Purchased two appliances. Their ordering process was primarily over text, which while not preferred, was effective. The were able to deliver promptly — and even followed up a few days later to ask how it was going, and when we shared an installation error with them, they sent a technician out next day to resolve the issue for free. Unorthodox methods, but superior service!

I had a great experience getting a dishwasher here. The appliance was brand new but had some scuffs and dents (likely during transport). I bought it at a fraction of its retail value and it works perfectly. Staff were friendly and very helpful through the whole process. Will return here for future appliance needs when it makes sense to get something that works well and doesn't need to look perfect.
