I don't really write reviews but I had to give a shout out cuz I feel like coming here was one of the best decisions I made for my health. I'm 40, not an athlete and never played sports when I was younger. But I joined a gym a couple years ago and went from being a couch potato to consistently exercising 2-3x a week and actually enjoying it. So when I injured my back a few months ago deadlifting (couldn't walk for 2 days and weeks later still struggled with bending over to tie my shoes and couldnt sit or stand for more than 5 min) I was super upset and I knew I needed help. I didn't want this injury to stop all the progress I made and wanted to get back to the gym ASAP but didn't really know how to do it safely. Enter Dr. Janae Young at Infinite Performance Physical Therapy... Within days of sending an inquiry through the website, Dr Young reached out and scheduled our first session where she completed a thorough assessment and came up with a clear treatment plan tailored to my issues and where I wa at in my recovery. We started right away and over the course of our 1:1 sessions, I've learned how to warm up properly, picked up a bunch of exercises and stretches to help w/ core strength spine and hip mobility, and got critical feedback to get my form dialed in. Every session was progressively challenging and a summary was texted to me immediately afterwards so I could do it at home. Scheduling was super easy in person or via text and i got email reminders before each session. It's been a couple months and my back is SO much better. I have confidence going back to the gym and I just feel like a smarter lifter now. I know my body better, what issues I still need to work on and how far to push it safely. Dr Young is the best combo of professional and knowledgeable but also really easygoing and just fun to work with. If you take your health & fitness seriously and are willing to put in the work, she will help you accomplish your goals.

Dr. Young is super knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you get better. I've had chronic back pain for almost ten years. She took the time to work with me and figure out ways for me to strengthen my body, but also how to live my life without the fear of pain or setbacks. She is a truly dedicated physical therapist and trainer. She helped my daughter get back to the lacrosse field nine and a half months post surgery for an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair and has her in the best shape of her life (stronger than ever) as she starts her Division 1 lacrosse career this year. I cannot recommend Dr. Janae Young enough to anyone (young or old) that wants to see results.
