Infiniti was definitely the right choice for our Furnace and Heat pump. Alex came in 15 minutes to give us a quote on replacing our old Furnace and AC. His pricing was better than the other quotes I had received. Arthur, Darryl and Scott took the time to make our difficult install look great. They came on time, and answered any questions I ask during the installation process. I highly recommended you make the call to Infiniti. I’m glad I did!

We just got the Air conditioning and Furnace replaced. Infiniti Air was so helpful and responsive to our needs. Their installers were knowledgeable and explained all the steps they had done and answered our questions. Owner of the company called and came by to ensure the work was completed. The workers left the area tidy and were finished within the time stated. I can't say enough good things about the company and owner. Definitely will use them again! I strongly recommend them. They are reasonably priced and the quality of work is excellent.

My experience with Infiniti has been excellent! I received great service from the first sales assessment and estimate with owner Alex to the installation of a new furnace and a/c by technicians Harold and Arthur. The installation was a big job due to a very small furnace room but they worked non-stop to get the job done. They were very personable and friendly and cleaned up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a quality service. I did get several estimates from other companies before making my decision and Alex's price was much more reasonable. If you need a new furnace, give them a call....they are great!

I reached out to a few companies in KW to get quotes to replace a boiler system with forced air in my home. Alex responded very quickly to any emails or calls, which I appreciated from the start. He was able to come out right away, was so knowledgeable and confident that he made me feel a lot less nervous about the process. He also gave me a great price. There was a lot of heavy lifting all the old cast radiators out of the house. This was a very BIG job but Alex and Scott were so professional and great to work with the whole time. I definitely recommend them 😊.
