I've suffered from some very severe muscle knots and neck pain issues that would not alleviate no matter what I've done. After seeing many different massage therapists, I found Kate. No one was able to get to the root of the issues before Kate. I now have the majority of symptoms relieve after 3 deep tissue sessions. Kate is very knowledgeable in the mechanics and kinesiology behind muscle issues, and how to to address them. Cannot recommend her enough!
