I’ve been going to Izzio’s for years now and have never been disappointed. We bought some pastries for Christmas morning and half were attacked before I could even take a picture! We ate queens and croissants and everyone was so happy with how amazing they are! I’ve also had ham and cheese croissants and the Dubai chocolate treat and they are delicious!!! Everyone who works there is also so sweet. It’s the best bakery in Denver!

The location of this bakery inside the Central Market which is bustling and lively makes it attractive. I got the triple berry cheesecake croissant and it was delicious - crunchy, ooey-gooey, and not too sweet!

As I sit here having my own mini existential crisis, I can’t help but melt into the beautiful chaos around me. I’m happily tucked into my own little corner of space in this hectic marketplace, armed with my Izzio Matcha Cheesecake La Roulette and an iced matcha—just vibing, people-watching, and enjoying the moment. I’ve seen these Izzio pastries all over my feed, and I couldn’t be happier to have spent $9 on the bougiest croissant I’ve ever met. The Matcha Cheesecake La Roulette was everything: perfectly buttery, incredibly flaky, and absolutely loaded with a generous amount of matcha cream. This pastry wasn’t playing around—La Roulette was large and in charge. I didn’t even know how to approach it at first. I started with polite little nibbles, peeling back the delicate layers like a civilized human being. But once I reached the gooey, glorious center… all bets were off. A crumbly, creamy mess erupted—and I have zero regrets. The mess was part of the magic. Honestly, it was so rich and filling, I was content until dinner time. I can’t wait to go back and try more. The Eggs Benedict looked divine, and there are plenty of other pastries calling my name.

I got the passionfruit tart, the dulce filled puff pastry and a vanilla cake pop. Let me say, the tart is incredibly delicious and I definitely recommend eating as cold as possible. The cake pop was so sweet fair warning, but perfectly moist and flavored. I can’t wait to go back and try the other deserts.

Second time here, absolutely worth the drive. Wife and I shared the Smothered Burrito and a Passionfruit and Mango Crown. Daughters shared a burrito and the Raspberry Cheesecake Crown. Love the Denver Central Market! A fun little food court with an eclectic mix of options!
