Impeccable service and a deep eccentric vibe in this beautiful upscale restaurant! Our shareable dining experience was romantic and yummy. My favorite dish was the smashed potatoes. The sauce was amazing! I highly recommend the latte and pistachio tres leches cake at the end! All the servers were friendly and attentive. Beautiful presentation overall!

Wasn't buying what they were selling

Sadly, this restaurant isn’t the same since reopening after its long hiatus. It feels like the chef tried to fix something that wasn’t broken, replacing what was once a genuinely unique concept (at least in Northeast Ohio) with a more generic, soulless, “Midwestern-Mediterranean” approach, seemingly just to justify charging $90 for a mediocre Delmonico. The portions are extremely small, and the quality doesn’t come close to supporting the prices. Charging $14 for what amounts to two sliced carrots with a few pomegranate seeds simply doesn’t cut it. They’ve also removed much of the distinctive decor (like the ceiling flowers and other touches), which only adds to the now bland, generic atmosphere. Overall, I’m really disappointed with where Jaja has landed. It used to have a great Argentinian steakhouse vibe that set it apart, and that’s been lost. I’m not sure if ownership changed, but something clearly did, and not for the better. Do yourself a favor and spend your money (easily $90+ per person) elsewhere.

Went for the first time here for my birthday yesterday and it was a complete miss. The food was terrible. Nothing special about it. I ordered a plate of food that was suggested and completely hated it and made the waiter aware that I didn’t like it and it was my birthday. I literally took one bite and made it told the waiter that didn’t like it and his response was do you want me to bag it for you which I respond with no I didn’t like it. They still charged me for the plate and didn’t ask if I wanted to replace it with anything else. Completely ruined my birthday. Highly don’t recommend this place and especially for the price you pay for terrible tasting food and service.
