I wish I had a before picture. This bracelet means so much to me (my grandma gave it to me right before she passed) and after decades of use it broke, almost into 3 pieces. I visited Jared yesterday for a routine inspection on my wedding ring, and I’m SO HAPPY I did. Lucy immediately noticed that my diamond was coming loose and got it in for repair saying it would be ready for pick up today! When I returned, I asked about resizing a small ring I purchased last year from Jared. Jared workshop resized it on the spot and even had it polished to perfection. Looks like it did when I first bought it! 🤩 Throughout the entire experience, Lucy was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She made sure both I and my jewelry were taken care of with the utmost care. The entire team was courteous and efficient, and the turnaround time was amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the service!
