THIS WAS MY THIRD ROOF FROM BAKER. DEALING WITH THEM WAS A PLEASURE. NO HASSELS ,NO PRESSURE. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR AND HONEST.THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME, POLITE, HELPFUL,COOPERATIVE AND METICULOUS. THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT AND THE CLEANUP WAS PERFECT.I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW WELL IT WENT!!!!!!

We had leaking roof during winter storm. Bryan came for assessment. We had been told by multiple other highly rated contractors that roof needed replacement without proper diagnosis of issues or alternative solutions. He didn’t just pin point the issue, he fixed one of them without charge, just because he was up there! I have never had such great experience before. His team then came back and completed the job professionally and for less than 500. I will trust them again with any roofing issues.

I hired JF Baker to replace the flat roof under my rooftop deck. It was a complex job that required careful planning and execution. They used an EPDM membrane to completely encompass the roof and parapet walls. The crew was professional, detail-oriented, quick to finish the work, and kept careful documentation of their work. They also coordinated well with my general contractor. I highly recommend JF Baker!

I have now used JF Baker Roofing on two homes. The first time I had a leak that I had another roofer look at and he didn’t get it fixed. So I Googled and studied reviews and came up with JF Baker. They were timely and got it fixed. I then moved and had the putt ion a new roof. An insurance company was involved a J F Baker was quite willing to work with them. A number of steps were involved to satisfy the insurance and Baker handled it. Recently I had leaks around a window. It took a couple of visits to find the issue, but Baker was timely in getting out to determine the issue then getting back to fix it.

My wife and I are thrilled with the new roof and gutters that we entrusted to J.F. Baker's Sons. We short-listed 3 companies for the proposal stage, and Chad and his company were the obvious best choice to go with (the names of the other 2 rhymed with "tooth" and "bloomin'"). Chad put in the most effort vs the other 2, up front, to assess our roof and our needs, and to respond quickly to our questions stemming from J.F. Baker's proposal. I was especially impressed by the 3 conversations I had with 3 existing J.F. Baker customers -- who all sang Chad's and the company's praises. Their stories of how Chad and the company treated them while doing excellent work were inspiring. Fast-forward to install: the crew was a pleasure to have at our residence during installation, and they did a super job cleaning up while protecting our landscaping. We were so pleased, we had them leave their sign in our yard for 10 days. But here's where J.F. Baker *really* shined: a couple of months after install, a very minor issue arose, and I reached out to Chad via email to request some help. The very next morning at 8:30am, two gentlemen from the same crew arrived and promptly addressed it. And THAT my friends is how you know you chose the right roofer!
