I’ve been mailing my film to J&F for the past couple of years, and they’ve always been great. The staff is really friendly, and they work incredibly fast! They usually send the invoice in the morning, and if you pay before 2 p.m., you’ll get your scans the same day. It’s super convenient if you want your film back quickly, and it feels good to support a local business. B-)

Been mailing my film in to J&F for the past couple years. The staff is really friendly and they get it going so fast! They send you an invoice usually in the mornings (from my experience) and If you make your payment before 2pm on the same day you would get your films by the end of the day. It's super convenient if you wanna get your films asap!! and it's cool to support local business guys B-)

I used to go more often to J&F when I lived closer to their shop, but now I live on the other side of town, and have another film developing place a block from my apartment. That said, I'd missed how great their service and turnaround time was, so I decided to go out of my way last week and drop my film off here. They were super busy. There was a literal line out the door, and when I got to the counter, I was informed that my film would be ready next day. Which is understandable and I was fine with. I was pleasantly surprised then, when 7pm the same evening, my files showed up in my email! And the scans looked great :) This is what incredible customer service looks like, and moving forward, it'll be worth it to me to take the trip out of my way to drop my film off with them. Thanks y'all for being amazing!

The best place where you can go! I tried 3-4 places to scan my film photos and always felt “not the right one”. But these guys are the best, they are so patient (answer all my questions in person and via mail, hope I'm not “that” client lol), and I feel their love for what they do, for my pictures and how they care about it.
