Highly recommend this location. Amazing customer service from everyone. I really thank Fletcher and Trinidad for going above and beyond to even helping me with getting my fog light back into its place. Fletcher was super kind and understanding and helped when many others would say it’s not something they do (6 stars for him if I could). Trinidad helped replace the back wiper blade that I had difficulty getting replaced (6 stars as well). Again both going above and beyond for the customer. Mike was great helping me at the counter with any questions and letting me know about my car and no pressure to purchase more than what needed to be done. This day and age everywhere are constantly upselling the customer but these guys did not. Location is good, right on a main road with little pastry shops and restaurants around for a quick bite while you get your vehicle done. Not having a problem with the homeless compared to other locations. Plenty of seating space if you want to wait. Business is clean and you can tell they take care of it. I will definitely be returning and hope other Jiffy Lube locations learn from the amazing customer service this location gives.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in the Outer Richmond of San Francisco today 10/11. Everyone was so nice, sweet and professional. The service was fast and efficient. It was an unexpected bright spot of my day if you can believe an oil change could be so satisfying. Thank you.

While waiting for my car to be finished, a man in the lobby started yelling and made the atmosphere very uncomfortable to be in. The staff handled the situation incredibly well and de-escalated the issue quickly, and continued taking care of everyone else waiting for their cars. I appreciated how professional they were despite the disruption and how busy they were.

My oil was pretty dirty so I bought a bottle of Motor Flush before bringing my car to Jiffylube. I also had 4 quarts of my own synthetic oil and my own oil filter. I explained to the Jiffylube young man that I needed them to put the Motor Flush into the car and run the engine for 5 minutes before removing the oil and adding the new oil. He quickly understood what I said and said that there would be no problems. He and his team followed my request perfectly and were very polite about everything as well.

Brought my car in for an oil change. They said I needed few things like license plate lights, cabin & air filters, etc. anyway got my car back. Took the car home to double check their work and I noticed my engine air filter wasn’t changed which I paid for. The cabin filter was changed(good job). I’m also missing some plastic fasteners. But yeah… look at the picture.
