Five-star service. They handled my suspension repair and recommended replacing the tires on my wife's car which I knew were due for changing. They got OEM tires quickly and at a reasonable price. No more noise coming from the suspension--just a smooth, quiet ride. Professional staff and great communication throughout. I have been looking for a place to bring my vehicles since we moved to Jacksonville 3 years ago and through trial and error I think I finally found it. I'll definitely be back for future maintenance.

Edited to add: I have been back multiple times with my truck for various things - preventative maintenance, 4x4 issues etc - and this place is wonderful every time. Charles, in particular, is always very helpful and thorough. ------------------ My AC stopped working randomly so I made an appointment online and was able to bring my truck in within just a couple days. Everyone at JJ's was wonderful to work with! My truck was being a particularly difficult patient but they persevered and got the job done. It took a little longer than I expected but that was because they had to make sure they had the right parts so I appreciated the attention to detail. I felt like the labor cost was fair and will go back next time I need anything done on my truck. So thankful to have found honest mechanics.

Scheduled my appointment 2 weeks ago due to my work schedule but when I came to drop it off they claimed I had no appointment and had to come back another day and was unapologetic about the whole situation. Won’t be getting my business again.
