I had a very bad experience here. I chose to come to Ktown for skincare because I thought Korean beauty salons would be more professional. Unfortunately, they can’t even meet the most basic standards. First, they kept trying to upsell other packages by repeatedly telling me that my skin was very bad. The staff kept saying things like “OMG so bad.” Hearing that over and over again doesn’t make me want to upgrade services. It just makes you sound rude and unprofessional. A skincare service should not shame customers like that. a kind reminder: if your English is not good, please shut up rather than saying rude words. Second, the hygiene was very poor. When extracting pimples or blackheads, at the very least you should use sanitized tools. Instead, they used two thin napkins/tissues to squeeze my pimples. If that’s the method being used, what exactly makes this different from doing it at home? Third, they push products aggressively. When I walked in and said hello, no one even responded to me. Instead, they immediately asked me to pay and add a tip before!!! the treatment. But after the service, suddenly everyone was smiling and trying to sell skincare products. Anyway, I would not recommend this place. Don’t come here.
