We had a great experience at the Encinitas store. The employee was knowledgeable on the massage chair that we had researched and did not try to pressure us into a higher end model. The delivery was right on schedule, with excellent communication. The two delivery guys were friendly, proficient, and had our chair operating within 15 minutes of arrival. After a recent total hip replacement, I was looking for an upright indoor cycle that I could use for rehab as well as long term exercise in the future. Mario and his assistant assembled the bike quickly and ensured that it was set up correctly in the house as well as making sure it was adjusted to my height and riding style.
