I had a very good experience, and Kamryn did a great job with my braids. I have received so many compliments. The salon is cute too and clean which I appreciated.

Do not go there without an appointment. The people inside are not even polite enough to answer your questions. They don’t open the door. If you can read lips through the glass, that’s the only way you might understand anything. Otherwise, there is unfortunately no communication at all. It’s honestly very disrespectful. I came here using the directions on Google Maps, and even though there were two people inside, they refused to speak or engage in any way. They just told me to call a number. I called the number, and no one answered. This place is truly terrible in that regard. I don’t know what kind of service you receive after paying and making an appointment. This is just my experience without one.

I had a great experience at Jolie Beauty Bar! At first, I was surprised by the price point, which was higher than what I was used to (to be fair, I haven’t braided my hair in years), but it included a wash/blow out, and a touch up for the front braids a month later. It was so nice to start on time, be finished in a few hours, and not have my head throbbing from braids that are too tight. The owner is very nice and accommodating, she even let me do a style of braids she typically doesn’t do. I will definitely be getting my hair braided here again!
