I was with a small group and three of us ordered the same thing for lunch (The Ruben combo with chips and a drink). Our sandwiches were hot, flat, and messy. Knife and fork may be ideal for delicate eaters. This sandwich has loads of grilled corned beef, onions, buttered bread and a mayonnaise sauce. I didn’t get any rye bread flavor, sauerkraut, or cheese. It was a good sandwich, but I definitely wouldn’t have known it was a Ruben. Jon Smith’s online photo of this Ruben is about as flat as the one I received. I’ll try something different next time.

The sandwiches are outstanding, especially the Italian. It’s genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. I’m grateful to have a local spot like this in downtown Fort Worth

Hidden gem in downtown ft worth. Sw part of town across from Burnett park. It is so worth it. Had the Bomb- basically a Philly cheesesteak. It was made on amazing crusted bread- served steaming hot. So delicious! Highly highly recommend this place! Can’t wait to try the other subs!

Mom and I were headed to Another restaurant, but it was closed. So mom said, why don’t we just go to this place right here and get a sandwich. Well we walked to the store and walked right in and ordered a sub. It was a veggie sub, with French fries. We also ordered two cookies. A peanut butter one and an oatmeal raisin. BEST oatmeal raisin ever!!! The sandwich was lovely as well. This sweet/kind little waitstaff girl was so nice. And checked up on us several times. The whole meal was pretty amazing!!!

I spent $51.90 on my order for the food to not be tasty, the bread to be soggy ans if it wasn’t toasted and burnt. Upon making the order it was asked that the fries be fresh which they weren’t so it was then asked of them to bring fresh fries as the ones in the bag were cold and they brought out the same fries just dropped back in the grease as they were then crunchy and hard. There were floating pieces of what I’m assuming to be plastic in the cups from the fountain floating in the drinks. After it was realized and a call was made to see about a refund for the food because it was unacceptable for the price sema, the manager hung up after offering a choice of a refund or a fresh made sandwich and when I called back she was telling the other worker to hang up the call. So the customer service as far as the manager was definitely unprofessional as well as she wasn’t truly trying to resolve the issue as she claimed it can be refunded just by knowing the amount of the order and no card information.
